Olga Mokhonko has wide experience in corporate law issues, M&A and joint venture transactions, as well as in the establishment, restructuring and liquidation of representative offices, branch offices and subsidiaries of foreign companies in the Russian Federation.
Olga is also involved in advising foreign investors on obtaining the required permits in Russia, on issues of Russian labour and civil law. She successfully combines a specialization in corporate law with leading the Employment practice group and has extensive experience in advising in the field of employment and migration law (in particular, in relation to the working conditions of senior managers, incentive programs, employment disputes, staff reductions, etc.)
