One of the world's largest companies in the production and maintenance of railway vehicles and equipment
Advice on the complex restructuring of its business in Russia due to the conclusion of a number of cooperation agreements and the sale of participation of two Russian companies and one Dutch company to the Russian Blue chip. The project allowed the client to change its business structure in Russia while maintaining its key business positions in the market. The project included the cancellation of the two-stage joint venture structure and a phased transition of the business to exclusively contractual cooperation.
