Daria Filatova specializes in M&A transactions, the establishment of joint ventures and other corporate law matters, including the set-up of Russian companies as well as the establishment and liquidation of representative offices and branches of foreign investors in Russia.
Her practice also covers various commercial, labour and distribution law matters under Russian law. She is also involved in advising foreign investors on obtaining the required permits and licenses for conducting their business in Russia, including according to the requirements of Russian labour and immigration legislation.
