Results of the first research of Corporate law projects by Pravo-300

Pravo-300 national ranking has published the results of its first research of Corporate law projects and transactions. 2351 projects were reviewed for a total amount of more than 43.2 trillion roubles from 64 federal and 18 regional law firms. 23% of all submitted projects are Russia exit transactions.
Our team results are as follows:
we are in top 20 law firms for the most expensive transactions
we are in top 30 law firms for projects related to asset restructuring
we are in top 50 law firms for M&A transactions
