As reported by the German legal markets magazine JUVE, the team of Arno Legal together with the international law firm Noerr advised German premium car concern Mercedes-Benz on the sale of its Russian business, including the sale of the plant in the Moscow region. The purchaser, Avtodom Holding, became the owner of 100% of the shares in Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Rus LLC, Mercedes-Benz Rus JSC and financing companies which include Mercedes-Benz Bank Rus LLC. The Arno Legal team headed by partner Olga Mokhonko includes Stefan Weber (Partner, M&A/Antitrust & Competition), Yulia Aleynikova (Corporate/M&A), Artem Kara (Regulatory/Antitrust & Competition) and Evgeny Lisin (Banking & Finance). Avtodom was represented by Orion Partners.
