Irina Belik is involved in advising both Russian and foreign companies on civil, labour, immigration law and issues. Irina has experience in M&A deals, establishment, restructuring and liquidation of representative offices, branch offices and subsidiaries of foreign companies in the Russian Federation. Irina provides legal support for various corporate procedures, such as charter capital increase, admission of participants to the company, reorganisation, corporate agreements conclusion.
Irina also provides support in obtaining work permits for foreign persons and their family members, invitations and visas, in notifying the Ministry of Internal Affairs on conclusion/termination of employment agreements with foreign persons.
